I am looking to find someone to rent a room in my two-bed flat. It is a modern flat (newly built 2018) located about 100m from Wood Street station, giving access to Liverpool Street in 20 mins and to the west end via the Victoria Line in about 30 mins.

The flat is about 75m2 in size and consists of a kitchen/living room combo, two bedrooms (of which one is en suite), and a second bathroom. There is also a sizeable south facing balcony. The flat is bright and the rooms are well proportioned. It is fully furnished with modern appliances.

The Wood Street area benefits from pleasant local amenities such as Walthamstow Village, Epping Forest, Wansted Flats, and lots of local cafes and pubs.
