10 Month Sublet in Walthamstow

*SUBLET AVAILABLE*
Available from March 1st until the end of the year! (End of December 2026)

Our housemate is going travelling and will be subletting her room for 10 months, so would love someone to fill it for the whole of that time.

*THE HOUSE*
We live in a 3 (and a half) bed terrace in Walthamstow/Blackhorse Road (equidistant from both stations). The house is fully furnished, with a kitchen, living room, bathroom and office! We also have a good sized back garden and plenty of storage space throughout the house. The street is lovely and friendly, and quite quiet as well as it's offset from the main road.

*THE ROOM*
The room being sublet comes fully furnished (bed, mattress, desk and chair, dresser and drawers). It's not a huge room but not tiny either, and gets lovely morning sunlight. If you need more space, there's a spare wardrobe in the office.

*WHO YOU'LL BE LIVING WITH*
Two housemates are Matt, who works in the translation industry and works from home, and Dom, who works in TV production. Matt and Dom are a couple but have separate rooms. Both are kind, friendly, respectful, and clean (and our housemate says we're a dream to live with ❤️ )

*PRICE*
The sublet is £650 per month INCLUSIVE OF ALL BILLS. Yeah, you heard that right.

*HOUSEMATE REQUIREMENTS*
Our preferred style of living has been clean, respectful and quite quiet. That's not to say we don't have friends over, but this is not a party house! Looking for someone aged 25-40, ideally not full-time WFH, any gender but must be either queer or a queer ally! We've created a nice family unit over the years, and whilst there's certainly no requirement to do everything together, it'd be nice to have someone in the house that wants that kinda vibe!
