My housemate is moving in with her boyfriend, so I’m looking for someone to take over her room from mid-April. I love this house and am hoping to find someone who will treat it like their home too :)

🏡The house is within a friendly gated new-build court with young families and professionals (mostly owners, who truly care about looking after the facilities and safety within the court in general). It’s within a safe community, with a Coop and Tesco close by, lovely green areas on your doorstep, and a few nice cafes.

The overground will take you from Wood Street into Liverpool Street in 22 minutes, so it’s a very easy commute into the City. We’re only one stop/17 mins walk from the Vicky line, and from there on you can travel on the Suffragette line.

🤍I’m clean, tidy, and considerate, and would love a housemate who’s up for the occasional chat, dinner, or TV night, while also enjoying their own space.
