Two double rooms available in Walthamstow house

Two rooms becoming available in my 3 bed house.
It’s very much a home, looking for two new sharers to continue the relaxed and respectful atmosphere. The shared spaces are well looked after and genuinely enjoyed.

Room 1: Rent is £850, double room with space for a desk, good natural light, unfurnished.

Room 2: Rent is £925, double room, space for a desk with a small en suite next to it. This room can be furnished or unfurnished. Better for someone under 6ft as it’s the top floor and the ceiling is a little lower.

The house is located 9 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central, and 2 minutes from the village area.
There’s a large Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Asda all within 15 minutes walk, and it’s a suburban area that’s quiet and chilled.
Another 15 minutes walk to hollow ponds which is beautiful, huge green space!

Bills typically come to around £140 each a month.
I’m pretty sure we are council tax bracket B (will confirm) but comes to £178 between the three of us a month.
Bills also includes a cleaner who comes every other week.

I’m Paddy, I’ve lived at the house for 4 years, I work for the NHS in sexual health and I’m studying for my masters in counselling and psychotherapy.
