One En suite room available in Walthamstow house

One en suite room becoming available in my 3 bed house.
It’s very much a home, looking for someone to continue the relaxed and respectful atmosphere. The shared spaces are well looked after and genuinely enjoyed.

The room: Rent is £925, double room, space for a desk with a small en suite next to it. This room can be furnished or unfurnished. Better for someone under 6ft as it’s the top floor and the ceiling is a little lower.

The house is located 9 minutes walk from Walthamstow Central, and 2 minutes from the village area.
There’s a large Tesco, Sainsbury’s and Asda all within 15 minutes walk, and it’s a suburban area that’s quiet and chilled.
Another 15 minutes walk to hollow ponds which is beautiful, huge green space!

Bills typically come to around £140 each a month. Council tax is included in the bills.

Bills also includes a cleaner who comes every other week.
