The room: available from march 1st. Situated on the 1st floor, it has a 2 Door wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a double bed. The window faces the garden.

The house: 5 bed terraced house on a quiet street, with a small garden, but good enough for BBQs and chilling out. Big kitchen, Washing machine and dish washer. Smoking only in the garden and no pets. Parking available in front of the house with a permit.

Off licence 1 min away and Tesco 5 min away. The Mall Walthamstow minutes away with shops, bars and Asda and Lidl as well as a gym. There is a bus stop at the end of the road and Walthamstow Central tube, Victoria Line and Queen Road overground 7 minutes away. It takes about 20 mins to Central London. There's an overground train directly to Liverpool street in 20 mins.

The living tenants are 4 professionals in our 20's- 30's with a varied working schedule. While they enjoy spending time together and the occasional party on special days, they also have their own private life and expect the same from future tenants.
So they are looking for someone considerate wo will share the cleaning in the common areas once every 5 weeks and respect everyone else.
Please note there's only one bathroom. this is reflected in the price. Usually everyone is on various schedule.
Although this room is quite large it cannot accommodate a couple.
