Double room available in Walthamstow

We have a double room becoming available at the end of April and a single room available at the end of May, with our housemates moving out of London and back to Canada.

We’re a friendly house, like to have a chat when we’re around, and are equally pretty low-maintenance. We have a sunny garden and are into growing things, so the house would suit gardening enthusiasts! We’re also keen to nurture a homely, peaceful atmosphere, and like to keep the place clean and tidy.

We are looking for like-minded professional female housemates, who are tidy, clean and respectful, enjoy being social, sharing a meal and a chat, and also have their own lives and interests. We have a dog, Pedro, so you would need to like animals. He can be quite shy at first, but has been known to form some very close bonds with humans.

The house is on a quiet street a short distance from Walthamstow Village, about a 10 minute walk to Wood Street station and 20 minutes to Walthamstow Central and the Victoria line. The area is great, with local gyms, cafes, shops and Hollow Pond on our doorstep.

Bills come to approx. £150 per month.
