Ideal move in date is 20th March (I know, very short notice) but open to negotiating move in over the coming weeks.
The house is 4 beds, 3 bath, large green garden and furnished with kitchen appliances and couches+tv.
8min walk to the overground overground and 10min bus to Victoria line. Located up the road from wood street which has lots of food and cute cafes x
Housemates:
Rory - works in film/tv, loves a chill night for a movie or going out to see whatever live gigs are on
Lachie - works as a paramedic, enjoys going out for some drinks, cooking a damn good meal, or out playing sport with mates
Ryan - works in PR and healthcare. Loves a good movie, cheeky opshop and nerding out over pop culture.
We’re all easy going guys (2 Aussies and a Brit), friendly, respectful and clean.
Open to all walks of life and would love someone who can come and in and help maintain this cozy environment with us :)
