Hi! I am the current tenant. Planning to leave my room. Room available. Ground floor - the whole flat is on the ground floor. Landlord does not accept benefit. Separate bathroom too.

Location: Walthamstow/Wood street- literally 4 minute walk to Wood Street overground station and 15’ walk to Walthamstow station

You would need to pass referencing with the letting agents. The place is managers by Stow Brothers. They are really responsive and on it.

Room is an available furnished (except the work station) for only £100 paid to me, or unfurnished.

Flatmate is Derek (he/him) 33y old gay man. He s a psychologist working in Learning Disability. He likes to cook, going to the gym (he s prepping for a Marathon now!), watching TV, listening to music and go to general socials at the pub. He is really lovely and considerate.

I leave the place because I am moving in with my partner. Otherwise, I’d have staid here. I love the place and Derek is a close friend of mine.
