We’re looking for a two new housemates to join our friendly and sociable home in Walthamstow from end of March! 🌿

The House & Room
Two spacious double rooms available in the sociable and friendly home of two professionals in their mid-late 30s.

Room 1 (available in late March - dates flexible): 610 pcm
Room 2 (available in April - dates flexible): 690 pcm

Bills: ~£72 (WiFi + Council Tax) + energy & water (variable)

Minimum term: 12 months

Maximum term: None

The house is furnished though we are replacing some items that belonged to our previous housemates, with a bright kitchen (feel free to use all appliances), a spacious shared living room, and a large garden—perfect for BBQs, summer drinks or just relaxing. Feel free to bring along whatever you need to make the house feel like a home!🌞

Both rooms are unfurnished. Both were previously inhabited by a couple who used one as their bedroom and the other as another living room/office. We're open to renting the rooms separately to individuals or together to a couple.

About Us
We’re a relaxed and friendly duo who enjoy the occasional social evening together but also value our alone time. We both work full-time, with one of us sometimes working from home but also often away on work trips.

Seeking to find replacements for our departing housemates, dear friends who as a couple are moving onto the next stage in their life - their own place!
