Single room in iconic Walthamstow

Hi there,

We’re 3 housemates currently searching for a new tenant of our single room. We value cleanliness and respect, and we’re looking for someone friendly and easygoing to join us.

Although we all have different work schedules, we’re very conscious of each other, making sure we are quiet, tidy and positive in the house. Some of us work from home at times, and we’re accustomed to having friends over for film nights or dinners, so we’re all happy to socialise.

None of us are particular party animals, but you will find us enjoying a tv show, puzzle, or general chats in the living room.

The area is ideal, with the village nearby, lovely local coffee shops that we’ve befriended, the park, local restaurants, and the cinema and theatre down the road. We love living here and would like to find someone similar to us to join our crew.

Two of us are a couple who share the upstairs floor, so we also have the ability to offer one of our rooms as a guest room if you’d ever like to have a friend or parents stay over.
