Double room for rent in two-bed Walthamstow flat

I'm looking for a housemate to move into my two-bed flat in Walthamstow.

The flat consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom and open-plan lounge/kitchen area, as well as a small shared patio.

Double room available which will be partly furnished with a double bed and matress.

I'm a working professional who works Monday-Friday. Looking for someone who wants a place that will feel like home and is clean, tidy etc.

It would be great to find someone who would be happy to hang out in the evenings watching TV or heading to the pub, but also has their own things going on. Also may get a cat in the future, so must be a cat fan!
