Very large double room with ensuite located by Lloyd Park, E17 in a Warner flat.

The flat is two floors. The room for rent is on the top floor, with tons of natural light. The furniture pictured may be available for purchase on taking the room, to be discussed. The room has space for a desk and has it's own storage in the eaves.

The shared kitchen and living room are spacious with high ceilings. 10 minutes walk to Walthamstow Central, 15 minutes walk to Blackhorse Road. Garden is shared with downstairs flat. (Neighbours are very nice!)

I'm 31 and work in publishing. I'm looking for a new housemate as my friend is leaving me for her boyfriend (boo!). We've lived together for five years.

I am usually out all day for the majority of the week. I work from home 1 to 2 days. At the weekends, I'm usually out on the hunt for the best place for a chocolate almond croissant or a wine.

I'm into fitness – I'm a member of a lovely local run club and I also enjoy yoga and pilates. I like cooking and going out to eat, as well as binging a good Netflix series. I also love to travel, and I'm always planning my next trip.

I am tidy and considerate, just looking for another professional who is easygoing, sociable and enjoys a cup of tea and a chat. I'd love to find someone who wants to make the place their home.

Smoke free house, but there's space out front/back.
