​Hi there! I am looking for a lodger to occupy a large, fully furnished double room in this bright, new-build 3-bedroom flat in Walthamstow.

​You’ll be sharing the 3 bedroom flat with myself and a friendly professional who works at an IT consultancy. The flat is incredibly clean, quiet, and very well-maintained like a true home. You will be sharing a bathroom just with me.

*A bit about me*
I am 47 and work as an IT professional in Central London. I am very active, I go to gym, walk and also cycle depending on the weather :) I like making new friends, like to talk and also respect privacy. I am social and up for a beer on Friday evening or in the weekend. I cook for myself so the new person can do his/her cooking or can join me.

​*The Room & Setup:*
The room is available immediately and is perfect for a working professional. It comes equipped with a king-size bed, a 12-inch luxury mattress, a work table, a comfortable chair, and a monitor. There is also a small wardrobe and a clothes rail. I am happy to buy a large wardrobe if it is needed by you. You truly only need to bring your suitcase—I have plenty of quality crockery, utensils, and kitchenware that you are welcome to use.

*​Location & Transport:*
The location is exceptionally well-connected. Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line) and the overground (Weaver Line) are just a 5 minute walk away. From there, it’s just 15 minutes to King’s Cross or Liverpool Street. Stratford is also an easy 15-minute bus ride away. For daily essentials, Sainsbury’s, the high street, and local restaurants are literally a 1-minute walk from the front door.
