​Hi there! I am looking for 2 lodgers (as a group) or a couple to occupy 2 x large fully furnished double rooms in this new-build 3-bedroom flat in Walthamstow. You will have 1 bathroom exclusive for you. The open kitchen and living will be shared with only another person who has his ensuite. You have access to induction hob, fridge, microwave, washing machine and vacuum cleaner. (I have a clothes dryer which you can use at additional charge)

Rent includes council tax, water, electricity, hot water and high-speed broadband subject to maximum bill of water, electricity and heating £150/month. Anything beyond will need to be equally shared by number of people.

The flat is incredibly clean, quiet, and very well-maintained like a true home. You will be expected to keep your rooms in a clean and tidy. A cleaner comes bi-weekly to clean the flat for which there is a nominal cost that will be shared between 3 rooms.

The rooms are available from 1st October and are perfect for working professionals. Each room has a double bed with luxury mattress, under bed storage, a work table, a comfortable chair. There is a small wardrobe and a clothes rail in one room and the other room has a large mirrored wardrobe. If you are a family you can convert one room as your bedroom and one exclusive for office.

*​Location & Transport:*
The location is exceptionally well-connected. Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line) and the overground (Weaver Line) are just a 5 minute walk away. From there, it’s just 15 minutes to King’s Cross or Liverpool Street. Stratford is also an easy 15-minute bus ride away. For daily essentials, Sainsbury’s, the high street, and local restaurants are literally a 1-minute walk from the front door.

*About me*
I am an IT professional working for a big4 in central London. I am quite organised, well behaved and respect your privacy. I sleep early by 10pm and get up by 6am and go to gym/walk. I also love going for evening walk to places around this area.

*Expected Lodgers*
Working professionals or responsible students. This is a residential apartment so no loud noise or party or late night return that will disturb others. You will be asked about your identity proof, income proof and right to rent. People on benefits will not be considered .
