Double Room in Spacious Victorian House

We're a friendly household of three (2M, 1F) with a double room available in our spacious Victorian terraced house in the heart of Walthamstow.

About the room
A double room at the top of a large, characterful house. Plenty of space to make it your own.

The house
Genuinely spacious — one of those things that's hard to convey in an ad but easy to appreciate in person. There's a lovely garden for warmer months, a bath and shower, a dishwasher and washing machine, and plenty of shared living space throughout.

The room
The room is spacious but has a bit of a low ceiling. It is up the stairs on the whole floor, but has no doors. There is no visibility of the open room from the rest of the house, but if needed it is easy to add linen or a room divider

Who you'd be living with
Two PhD researchers at UCL. Sociable but busy, tidy, and relaxed.

St James Street Overground (direct to Liverpool Street) – 8 min walk
Blackhorse Road (Victoria line) – ~12 min walk

The area
