🛌 The room will come unfurnished unless you would like the bed frame. Cosy living room with sofa, dining table and TV. The kitchen comes fully equipped with fridge/freezer, oven, kettle and toaster. Washing/dryer also in the kitchen but we have a small laundry cupboard for bed linens/towels etc.

🗓️ Move in date between mid May - 1st June but there is flexibility here!

🚝 10 min walk from wood street station (weaver line) and 20 mins walk to Walthamstow Central. 20 mins to Clapton, 45 mins to Kings Cross. Lots of great coffee shops, bars and such in walking distance. Not to mention Epping forest being a stones throw away!
