About the flat and area: spacious + light filled room with a private bathroom (see floor plan for exact size). It’s a 2 bed, 2 bathroom open-plan flat with a private balcony on the 1st floor of a secure complex. There’s a large cupboard by the kitchen for coats, shoes and other shenanigans (think second wardrobe)

The property is spacious and on a quiet road, a stone’s throw from St James Street station and ten minute walk to Walthamstow Central + St James’s Park and some fab bakeries, wine bars, Stow Village and supermarkets (Weird Dough and Beaten By a Whisker… yum)

About the flat: I’ve mostly furnished the flat, but the room will come completely unfurnished. The previous flatmate may be open to selling some bits. He is leaving due to a change in personal circumstances and the tenancy started in March this year.

About me: I’m 28, originally from Manchester, and have lived in London for three years. I work in the fashion industry and am based in Soho three days a week. I’m sociable, love working out, fashion, art galleries, travel, and spending time with friends. I’ll hopefully be getting a kitty later this year, so feline lovers only!!! 🐆

I’ve made this flat a sanctuary and want to keep a relaxed, easygoing vibe 🧜🏻‍♀️🧚🏻. Ideally someone to be friends with, go for wine and cook dinner with. Open communication and a tidy space is really important to me. The building and area has a strong community feel.

About you: Late twenties to early thirties, sociable, fun, clean and respectful. I don’t expect us to merge lives, but it would be lovely to be friends rather than just flatmates.
