Looking for a professional female to rent a spacious double bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom and a separate private office in a large, well-maintained 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house living with just one other.

The house offers plenty of space to enjoy, including a generous living room, dining room, kitchen, and conservatory, giving you lots of room to relax, work from home, or entertain friends. There is a further spare bedroom should you have friends or family visiting for the occasional weekend.

You'll be sharing with just me, Anya (35). I've recently returned to London after spending the last eight years living in Sydney. I work in property, enjoy travelling, keeping active, socialising with friends, and making the most of London life. I'm looking for a like-minded professional female who is considerate, sociable, and enjoys having a comfortable home environment.

Ideally looking for someone who appreciates having their own space while also enjoying a chat, watching something on TV together, or shared meal. Ideally looking for someone who works a maximum 2 days a week WFH. I work from home only on Fridays.

Located in the heart of Walthamstow, the house is perfectly positioned for both commuting and enjoying everything the area has to offer. It's just a five minute walk from the Victoria Line and with Liverpool Street reachable in 30 minutes door-to-door via the overground.

The house is five minutes from Walthamstow Village, known for its independent cafés, restaurants, pubs, and boutiques. The area has a genuine neighbourhood feel, with a strong sense of community, regular local events, excellent green spaces, and a friendly atmosphere.

Rent is £1,300 per month. Bills are approx £180 each per month plus cleaner to be discussed.
