For rent is a spacious, light double room in the Coppermill Lane area in Walthamstow. We are looking for a non-smoking, cat friendly lodger.

The house is in a quiet, friendly, residential community and is very well positioned for public transport and cycle routes. It takes just 5 mins on foot to St James Street overground station for easy access to Clapton, Hackney and Liverpool Street in 17 mins and a 10 minute walk to Blackhorse Road tube station for the Victoria Line. Excellent cycle routes including the Quietway 2 route passes the end of our road, taking you from Walthamstow to Hackney, London Fields, Islington and Bloomsbury in just 15 mins.

We are close to independent bars, cafes, the Crate and Truman Brewery social developments, SoHo theatre, multiple health and well-being outlets such as East of Eden, Blok and Yonder. We are also only a few roads from St James Park, Walthamstow Marshes and the Wetlands, so the area can provide a nice escape from urban life or a new route if you enjoy running!
