Hey- I’m looking for someone to fill a spare room in a flat in Walthamstow from September 1st.
Small double room which you can rearrange as you want.
✨ £1000 a month all bills included (all already sorted)
The contract is until June next year but I am happy for someone to rent if for a shorter period of time if needed, there’s an £850 deposit (one months rent) but the room is fully furnished and there’s a shared bathroom with a bath shared with one person (me).
Little background: I have lived in the flat for 2 years and my housemate is moving out to live with his girlfriend.
I’m 27 and work in film, in the office 5 days a week so will be out and about a reasonable amount.
I’m looking for someone who is friendly and considerate but also up for some fun.

- 2 Minute walk to St James Street overground (goes to Liverpool Street through Hackney)
- 8 Minute Walk to Walthamstow Queens Road ( Suffragette Line to Kentish Town)

- Lovely cafes and restaurants all around
- Lidl and Sainsbury’s both within a 5 minute walk
