I’m looking for a friendly, considerate housemate to share my home in Walthamstow.

The flat is a modern two-bedroom apartment, with the other bedroom occupied by me.

The flat has a bright open-plan kitchen and living room, a small balcony, utility cupboard and modern bathroom. It’s a comfortable, relaxed space and has everything you need for day-to-day living.

The room is a large double that is furnished with a double bed frame and mattress, clothes rail, standing desk and monitors, bedside tables, mirrors, lamps and blackout curtains.

The flat is in Walthamstow, around a 15-minute walk from Walthamstow Central, with excellent bus connections nearby.
From Walthamstow Central, you can reach:
Liverpool Street in around 19 minutes by Overground
Central London in around 20 minutes via the Victoria line

Accessibility & parking:
The flat is on the second floor and there is a lift but sometimes this is out of use. There are approximately 30 steps from ground level to the flat.
Please note that there is no parking as this is a car-free development.

About me:
I’m 37, work as a Data Analyst and have lived here for the past 18 months. I’m sociable and enjoy reading, Pilates, travelling, hiking, wine, podcasts and cooking. I love having friends over for dinner, but equally value having a calm and peaceful home to come back to.

For me, home is a place to relax, recharge and feel comfortable. I’m looking for someone who feels the same and who is respectful, considerate and open-minded.
