Two rooms are becoming available in our spacious 4-bedroom, all-female house share. We’re looking for clean, friendly and respectful housemates who would enjoy a relaxed home environment.

The household is a diverse mix of women in our 20s–30s, working across different professions including nursing, architecture, acting and nutrition. It’s a friendly and sociable house, but definitely not a party/loud household. We occasionally have friends or family over and generally respect each other’s space and schedules.

🛏️ ROOM 1 – DOUBLE ROOM | £950 PCM

Located on the top floor, sharing a large bathroom with just one other housemate.

✨ Large additional attic/crawl-space cupboard – great for extra storage
✨ Furnished with a double bed, clothes rail, bedside table & lamp
✨ Spacious shared bathroom
✨ Bathroom kept clean through a shared cleaning rota

A great option if you want a comfortable room with plenty of additional storage.

🛏️ ROOM 2 – EXTRA-LARGE DOUBLE ROOM | £1,200 PCM

Located on the first floor, sharing a bathroom with just one other housemate.

✨ Walk-in wardrobe spanning one wall
✨ Plenty of floor space – doesn't feel cramped even with the furniture
✨ Furnished with a bed, bedside tables & lamps

Perfect for someone who values having a really spacious bedroom and lots of wardrobe space.

🏠 THE HOUSE
The communal areas are all generously sized and located on the ground floor:

🍳 Long, spacious kitchen
🧺 Separate utility area with washer & dryer
🌿 Private back garden – currently rarely used, so plenty of opportunity to make use of it!

We keep the communal areas tidy with a simple weekly cleaning rota, so we’re looking for someone who is equally respectful of shared spaces.

💛 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Ideally, someone who is:

• Clean and tidy
• Friendly and somewhat sociable
• Respectful of other people's space
• Looking for a relaxed home rather than a party house

You don't need to be super social – we're happy doing our own thing – but it would be lovely to have someone who is comfortable having a chat when we cross paths!

The house has good transport links towards Walthamstow, Stratford, Chingford and Central London.

🚌 Buses: 5–10 min walk, with routes in multiple directions
🚆 Queens Road Overground: approx. 12 min walk
🚆 Walthamstow Central: approx. 18 min walk
🚇 Victoria Line: Walthamstow Central, approx. 18 min walk

Stratford Westfield is approximately 35 minutes by bus.
