Homely and relaxed houseshare with garden in E17

Hello future housemate!

I'm looking for a someone to join our lovely Walthamstow home, which has a garden and is a two minute walk from Lloyd Park.

There are ample communal spaces - a small and cosy living room (TV room/study might better describe it), a well-equipped and modern kitchen and a dining room that looks out onto the garden.

It's a chilled and friendly home - I'm not one for planning housemate activities or cooking meals together as such, but I love sharing a space with people in a relaxed and unpressured way: love to stop and chat, to sit and read, to be curious about what's going on in each other's lives.

If that appeals, I'm very open-minded about who I live with. It would be nice to find someone else from the LGBTQ+ community, but not essential.

I work at a law firm and am in the office three days a week. I'm out on the evening quite often seeing friends or at concerts. I frequently promise myself I'll start cooking more, but in reality I tend to avoid it, and the kitchen is often free!

Dexter is moving in with his boyfriend and Quyen is moving closer to her new place of work, so it would be you, me and another yet to be found.

And now some boring but essential practicalities:
- bills are not included in the rent and generally come to £125 each per month, give or take.
- the house is a good 15 minute walk from Walthamstow Central Station. It felt quite far when I moved in, but I quickly got used to it and am thankful the house is removed from the bustle of the station. There are plenty of buses from the stop opposite the house, most of them passing the station.
- the room would be available from 1st November.
