My name's Gemima, I am a31 year old, Cis she/her dyke from West Midlands, and have lived in E17 for last 7 years. Current flatmate is moving to australia end of september/October depending on Visa's so I'm looking for a new flatmate to fill her room.
I work as a funeral arranger in SW london, and work from home on Tuesdays, so if you need to WFH as well, thats not a problem. There is a communal garden in the block, and the flats at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, less than a 10 minute walk from Wood Street Overground (weaver line). Walthamstow Central Underground is a 20 minute walk away, so its very easy to get into town.
I'm looking for ideally someone:
- Trans/queer/Afab (just no Cis men, sorry!)
- aged 27/40
- Chill, clean, respectful etc etc
- Pets are very welcome!
- Some awareness around disability/infection!
NO referencing needed, but a £800 deposit is due when you move in. Rent is £788 WITHOUT Bills, with bills rent is £1005!
