Large Double with own bathroom

Hey! My name is Harry and I live in the St James Street area in Walthamstow. I work in the city 2-3 days a week and the rest from home.

I’m looking for a housemate as opposed to a lodger, someone who’s up for being pals it’s important as we will be living together! I’ve had lodgers since 2019 and they are some of my closest friends now.

I like going out, seeing music, pubs, trying new food and exploring. I like to think I’m quite chilled, I make nice food and always make too much.

The room has a double bed with a mattress, chest of drawers, desk and wardrobe plus an occasional chair. You’d need to provide your own desk chair, pillows, duvet and bedding. You’re welcome to decorate the room however you like. The ‘guest’ bathroom is opposite and is yours to use, I rarely use it as I have an en suite. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and large shower.

The living space is communal and has a dining table, chairs, sofa and kitchen with dishwasher. I have a terrace which has two chairs and a sofa and a raised planter. I’m no gardener but you’re welcome to try! The building has two lifts and a very big bike store.

The area is lovely and lots on your door step - shops, supermarkets, wine bar, cafes, bakeries, pizza, deli, overground, buses, underground. Walthamstow village is 20ish minute walk away and is gorgeous.
