Fantastic room in Walthamstow

I’m looking for someone to take my room in a lovely house in Walthamstow! Quiet residential street but a 5 min walk to shops, restaurants and bars, 12 minute walk to an Overground station, and well connected by bus to Walthamstow Central (Victoria line). You can get to central London in 35 minutes and it’s close to areas such as Dalston and Hackney.

I am going travelling and so looking for someone to move in mid Sept-early Oct, for 6-7 months. The property is a semi-detached 3 bed house, and you’ll be living with 2 guys. The three of us are friends from school. The two housemates you’ll be sharing with are kind and sociable, enjoy going out for London nightlife and staying in for chilled tv nights in equal measure, and will often go out to play sport etc.

The room is a spacious and bright, with a desk for home working and plenty of storage. The house came unfurnished but we have kitted it out with furniture, including bed, which I will be leaving there.
