Single room in three bedroom terrace in Walthamstow shared with landlord and 17 year old son - he's very civilised, honest! Lol! He's very quiet and self contained and is quite studious as he's studying for A levels)

The house is a lovely late 1900's property with a little back garden and a completely open plan ground floor with generous sized kitchen/dining room music area and lounge that all flow into one. We have a beautiful designer bathroom with a modern shower and victorian style slipper bath. The rent is £650 per month including all bills (the only exception is council tax which will be around £50/60£ per month).

We are 5 minutes walk to Walthamstow Central on the Victoria line. Central London is about 15/20 mins travel and overland is 15 mins to Liverpool St.. We are also a stones throw from Soho Theatre Walthamstow and loads of lovely shops and the market so lots of places of entertainment in the evening and nice shops/bars are pretty much on our doorstep. We have amazing green spaces nearby too. Lloyd Park is about 5 minutes walk and a short 5 minute train ride takes you out to Epping Forest and in the other direction the marshes and Lea Valley offer a green corridor all the way into the Olympic park in Stratford. We are also an easy walking distance from Walthamstow village which has loads of posh food shops, delis and nice restaurants, oh, and on the way you also have Pillars Brewery and Gods Own Junkyard to mooch around in. Its a lovely, lively area of London with a great community.
