* 25 minute walk to Walthamstow Central for Victoria Line or one stop on the overground from Wood Street (2 min transfer)
* 123 Bus (which is also a night bus) with connections to North London and Blackhorse Road for Victoria Line

House:
The house has large communal spaces and despite living with three others the house never feels crowded, it also benefits from two shared bathrooms on the ground floor and upstairs with three of the bedrooms so no waiting around in the mornings.

There's a large garden at the rear of the property which is lovely and quiet.

There's also a driveway outside which can be used by tenants as a parking space, Lachlan has a motorbike which he keeps on there but there's more than enough room for a car as well.

The room is at the rear of the property overlooking the garden, it is very quiet and feels very private.

Housemates:
You will be sharing with three other guys who are all Aussie, they are all friendly, clean and respectful. Everyone has busy London lives but are also very happy to hang out, have a chat in the kitchen and have the occasional house drinks / board games night.

Lachlan - Paramedic who enjoys gaming (very happy to share his Xbox in the living room)

Jackson - Works as a stage crew member and also an actor. Enjoys gaming and always up for a chat / hang out

Rory - Works in hospitality and film / tv, enjoys reading, going to gigs and always up for a chat over cooking in the kitchen
