Nice single room in Walthamstow Village

I have a nice, light room to rent in my home in Walthamstow Village, for up to 6 months. It is about 7' x 13.5' with a trundle bed, so either double or single as you prefer. There is access to the living room and kitchen. The house has been recently refurbished, especially the kitchen which is bright and modern. There is a large garden which you are welcome to use. All mod cons and bills are included except telephone. It's a ten minute walk to tube or overground train. There is also a local bus every half hour if you are feeling tired. There is a covered passageway outside the house where you could keep a bicycle.
We are in a conservation area centred around a 900 year old church. and near a local history museum. Though the street is quiet, the area is well served with local shops, pubs, restaurants, craft shops and trendy breweries.
We are laid back, friendly but busy,, organised and tidy. We all keep the house clean and presentable. We would like to maintain our all female household. We have two friendly dogs. Why not see if you feel you would fit in?
