It has an open plan fully equip kitchen with dishwasher, washing maching as well as modern furnishings and a large balcony. The room is furnished.

Travel is perfect for the city which takes only 20min with over-ground (Wood Street) to Liverpool St and the nearest tube is Walthamstow Central which is 7min by bus. Buses run every 5min from just outside the flat and there are plenty of shops and cafes nearby.
As well as a private 24hr gym on site, there is also a concierge service for your post and safety.
you'll be sharing with me, a professional female who works in the City and a CAT who is out most of the day. My cat is extremely well behaved and spends most of her time in my bedroom.
Please note i am ideally looking for a professional who is quiet and tidy.
