Lovely Quiet Room In Cosy 2 Bedroom Flat

lovely, cosy flat in a quiet area with nice neighbours. Small shared garden with lots of wildlife. Newly decorated double room with new furniture.
I work in theatre so work most nights so would have the flat to yourself most evenings.
The flat is fully equiped and furnished in a stylish, kitch manner making i a great comfortable, quiet enviroment with a small furry adition my cat!
There is a great park 2min walk away and a great pub 5mins walk away.
Transport is fantastic with the victoria line and an over ground train station. There are plenty of parking spaces but require a parking permit which are easy to aquire.
I am looking for a professional, tidy, laid back person.
