Transport- The property is ideally located with excellent transport links by bus, tube and overground to the City and West End. It is only a 5 minute walk to Wood Street overground station -with a regular service to Liverpool street which takes 18 minutes. Walthamstow central is a 5 minute bus ride away or a 15 minute walk where there is the overground service to Liverpool Street and also the Victoria line tube (20 minutes to Oxford Circus).
A regular bus service with various routes can take you into Central London as well as Leytonstone for the Central tube Line.

About the Area- The development is located in an ideal spot. It is quiet, and just a short walking distance from a variety of great places- including Epping Forest (5 mins) and Walthamstow Village (5 mins) with a superb choice of cool, friendly bars, restaurants/cafes.
For shopping, there are many local independant grocery stores but you are never very far from The large supermarket stores of Central Walthamstow and the superb daily Walthamstow market and shopping centre.

Bills- These are included in the fee and cover all utilities (gas, water, electricity) and include council tax, TV licence and broadband.

About me- I am a very friendly/open person. I do like to make the effort in making a flat mate feel as comfortable as possible, I am also quite private too, so am very respectful and understanding of others wishing for their own space. I work freelance in the Entertainment industry and also run a small production company which involves a fair amount of foreign travel. I tend to work quite a lot from home.
I am comfortable too with my flatmate having a boyfriend/girlfriend and am happy for them to stay occasionally.
