A double room has recently become available in a spacious Edwardian property in a nice quiet area of Walthamstow Village.

In the house we have Sian (26 - Primary School Teacher), Alex (28 - Optical Lab tech) and myself Justin (37 - Telecoms). The potential house-mate would be replacing Tara (also a school teacher) who is moving to Australia (apparently it's 'illegal' to tie someone up so they don't leave, who knew!! :) ) as we can't reluctantly can't stop her going, we are looking for another decent person to move in.

We are looking for someone (girl or guy) aged between 24-42 to move in who likes to have a laugh, clean and is considerate to the other house mates.

Rent is £590pcm (£590 deposit) all inclusive (gas, electricity, water, council tax, fast Wifi)

Transport:
Walthamstow Central tube (Victoria line) and overland - 5-8 mins walk (20-27 mins to city)
Walthamstow bus terminal major bus terminal with loads of connections - 6-9 mins walk, or just go to the high st (1min walk)

Shops/supermarket:

Asda, Sainsbury, Walthamstow market - 6-9 mins walk
Tesco - 5-7 mins walk
Tesco petrol station at the end of the road. 1 min walk
Spar supermarket - 5 mins walk
Cinema (Empire) - 6-9mins walk

Quite a few nice restaurants nearby, in particular around Walthamstow village e. g. Eat17, which is 5 min walk.

Large Kitchen all the mod cons, inc washer/dryer.

It's non smoking inside the house, but outside is fine.
