The house is in Walthamstow (East London) and is a 15 minute walk in either direction from Leytonstone Station (central line) and Walthamstow central (victoria line). There is also about 7 buses that stop at the end of the road. There is a shared living room and kitchen. The house itself is quite spacious and very welcoming.

Couples are allowed for the double bedroom only but the rent will be £750pcm. The security deposit is a months rent up front before moving in.

Smoking is OK and there are 2 parrots in the house. I am 25 and my brother, 20, comes and goes and he is studying at Brighton.

I would like to think of myself as a fun person who can easily get along with most people. I enjoy good music and often go to festivals in the summer.
