I'm looking for a good, balanced personality fit so you have to be reasonably active, friendly, sociable, good sense of humour, clean/tidy but, also a considerate housemate. Just a nice all around house mate! :-)

Housemate expectations -

- Good cleanliness and hygiene
- Also cleaning up after yourself, keeping your room and communal areas clean and tidy.
- No crazy partying alcoholics passing out in my hallway after a night out! (we're a chilled house...but, know how to banter!) :-)
