2 rooms available in friendly house Walthamstow

Hello potential new housemates!

Me and my friend are moving into a lovely 4 bedroom terraced house in Walthamstow. We currently have 2 rooms free. One is a double and the other a single. It's very close to the station (around a 5 min walk). It has a garden, kitchen and lounge. The rooms will be available from the 5th March. More pics to follow shortly.

We are 2 girls who are just turning 30, both creatives. We are looking to make the house a nice home, have people over for dinner, relax after work etc but it won't be a party house! .
