Flat share in E17 with double bed.

The building has just three flats, all quiet residents and on a family based street. Flat-share comes with an off street parking space too. I am sporty and relatively sociable so often out. I am looking for a male between 21 and 35 who preferably shares my interest in sport.

For non-drivers local transport is fantastic, the flat is a comfortable 10 minute walk from Walthamstow Station. From here you can get to:
Kings Cross in 15 minutes (tube)
Green Park in 22 minutes (tube)
Liverpool Street in 19 minutes (overground)
Hackney Downs in 9 minutes (overground)
Whipps Cross hospital in 20 minutes(bus)
This area is now easily accessible by Night tube and several night buses. The N26 from Charing Cross via Shoreditch and Hackney stops 2 minutes from the door.

Local amenities are all on route from the station.

10 minute walk from heart of Orford Road, cinema, famous market, shopping centre and most other key local places.
