We have a room available in our home in Walthamstow. It's a Warner flat that’s been refurbished, so it feels modern and fresh inside. The room is available for an initial 6-month period.

It’s a 3-bedroom flat shared with Sean (live-in landlord, Geordie) and Sinead (Irish), who’s been living here for the past 6 months.

Location highlights:

20 mins walk / 8 mins by bus to Walthamstow Central (Victoria Line & Overground)

10–15 mins walk to St James Street Overground (trains to Clapton - 3 mins, Hackney Downs - 6 mins, Bethnal Green - 10 mins, Liverpool Street - 13 mins)

10–12 mins walk to Lea Bridge station (1 stop to Stratford – great for Elizabeth/Central/Jubilee/DLR connections)

The room itself is a good-sized double overlooking the garden. The flat also has a cosy living room and a lush kitchen with a dining table – so there are a couple of nice spaces to hang out beyond your room. Affordable parking permits are available if needed. All bills included.

We’re looking for a clean, respectful housemate – ideally a professional – who we can get along with. We’ve all got our own things going on, but we’re also sociable and occasionally hang out or go out together.
