A room in a friendly family house

Hi everyone, we're a bunch of different characters in a big house, there's quite a few of us living together with a family (landlord) but you can barely tell anyone than the family actually lives here as everyone's busy out with their work.

The house is located few minute walk from a bus stop where almost every line goes to Walthamstow Central (or about 15-20 min walk away if you feel like it), about 15 minutes to big Sainsbury's and a few corner shops around too, in case you may forget something ;)
And there's a decent size park just behind the house too.

The house itself is very spacious and clean, kitchen is beautiful and if you like cooking you definitely don't have to worry about not having enough 'creative' space. There's a little backyard behind the house where you can hang your laundry (at least during warm days). We're quite a quiet house and would like to keep it that way, friends are of course welcome but just no crazy house parties! So ideally e're looking for someone who works in London and enjoys having their space when home :)
