Hi my name's Adam, I'm looking for someone to flatshare with me as my current flat mate has just moved out after a good 4 years.

I'm a graphic designer approaching 30. I'm laid back and liberal in personality and looking for someone of a similar mindset to create a comfortable atmosphere at home.
I'm clean and tidy, so looking for a person who is a bit house proud as well. I am a social creature, but also like my own space.
I welcome anyone to come to meet me and see the place.

I've upgraded the property with brand new wiring, plumbing, windows and doors. Everything is brand new or reclaimed and upcycled. Its due some paint in a few areas which I’m going todo to bring it back up to standard 😄

Your Double Bedroom:
Two large windows making it extra bright. A very spacious built in cupboard and wardrobe. New bed and mattress. TV point and 3 double power points. Double bed.

Lounge:
A good sized lounge with polished floorboards and exposed brickwork feature walls. A working log burner and a flat screen TV. Furnished with a mish-mash of vintage furniture.

Kitchen:
Modern kitchen/diner with all the mod-cons, including washer-dryer and combi-boiler heating system controlled by the Nest.

Bathroom:
Large space, with victorian style decor, roll top bath, luxurious shower and retro fittings.

Garden:
Ample space for summer BBQ's, lawn and mixture of flowers with room for a green fingered tenant to grow their own favourites.

On street parking is available if you wish to purchase a yearly permit from Waltham Forest council.
