Double Room in Architect Designed Home

Hello there,

We are looking for a new housemate to join us in our lovely home, right in the middle of Walthamstow.

There is tonnes of space to do your thing. We also have a sunny garden.

The bedroom on offer is a fully furnished large double with lots of storage.

The house features two shower rooms (one with bath), a huge kitchen/dining space, and a further two lounge spaces. There are also two garden areas - a regular back yard, and an additional courtyard/kitchen garden.

The house is in a fantastic location - less than a 10 minute walk to Walthamstow Central - and within a 5 minute walk to shops, restaurants, pubs and cafes.

You will be sharing with a group of 3 other semi-grown ups, who enjoy cooking new things, wine tasting, reading the weekend newspapers at a most leisurely pace (i. e. for the next fortnight), pottering around the garden, books, art and history. 1 housemate works for an art gallery, 1 works for a creative agency, the other for a psychology foundation.
