We live in a spacious, four-bedroom house ( 4th bedroom being shared office space/guest room) with a large, fully equipped kitchen with access to the garden, there is a separate big lounge and laundry room. We have 2, three-pieces bathrooms (one with shower another with a bath) - meaning no queues in the mornings!
The house is approximately 10 - 12 min walk from Walthamstow Central Station ( super quick Victoria Line, and Overground (Liverpool Street) & plenty of buses) and Blackhorse Lane & st. James Overground station.
Directly outside the house, there is a bus route there are many cycling routes nearby.
Walthamstow Wetlands and William Morris Gallery with a nice park are short walks away! Same for craft beer breweries on Blackhorse Road and Ravenswood Estate.
There are plenty of amenities (lots of supermarkets, gyms, cinemas, bars, cafes, street market ( a brand new big theatre coming soon) all just a few steps away!
Room has a build in wardrobe/storage unit, and floor panels. It also fits a small desk chair and nightstand.
You will be living with 2 sociable and friendly girls (working daytime, sometimes from home in the creative & drink industries) you will also be sharing a space with a small, friendly dog who likes to chill on the sofa. Dog lover is a must! This is LGBTQ+ friendly house.
We're looking for someone who will fit well. A nice, sociable but also respectful person who wants to have and maintain tidy living conditions (we don't have a regular cleaner but have carpet, sofa, and window deep clean from time to time).
This room is not available for couples, pet owners, DSS, or chain smokers, sorry!
Room is available from the 20th of June ( this is the earliest moving date) and available to view & secure now
The price per calendar month is £850 and includes most of the bills ( Water, Internet, Council Tax, TV license). Electricity and Gas are not included and are calculated based on monthly usage.
