Large double room in friendly house share

Hello,
I'm Alex, im a model maker
working in films. my housemate is relocating at the end of September so im looking for someone to take her place.

The flat itself is on the first floor of a quiet Walthamstow street. Its five minutes from St James St overground and a seven minute walk to Blackhorse Rd (victoria line). its also a short walk to the lovely green Walthamstow marshes.

The room itself has a double bed and backs onto a quiet garden. it comes furnished but anything you dont want in there the landlord (whos very efficient and nice!) can remove.

Ive been in London for a bit and have good friends in the area but it would be great to share a flat with someone who is up for glass of wine of an evening now and again.

Can do viewings anytime.
