Double Room-Walthamstow Village - Short Term let

Double room. Available from end of Feb / beginning of March and can be flexible with start date -

Looking for a clean and respectful housemate to share my lovely home - Someone who can respect the space, and be fairly eco friendly - I'm not asking too much, basically, know how to put things in recycling and turning off lights and appliances when not in use - Stating this due to a bad experience!

I would like someone to move in who is social, easygoing and friendly. I'm a graphic designer / painter / gardener / jack of all trades. I work at different times and sometimes from home. I love music, films, cycling and London life!

My home is in the heart of Walthamstow. The location of the property is 3 minute walk to Walthamstow Central - Victoria line and Overground to Liverpool St. Walthamstow Queens Road is 7 minute walk. There are great amenities locally with some lovely pubs and restaurants in the village.

The property is open plan and has a large kitchen/dining room and living room. The bathroom has just been renovated recently - I also have a garden.

I have lovely neighbours so there is never any noise and disturbance from them. The road is blocked off at the end, so it is reasonably quiet considering the location.

The rent includes council tax (band B) & internet. Gas, electric and water is on top - has been coming to about £60pcm over the past couple of months but a bit higher in the winter than summer.
