We live in a spacious Victorian house just several minutes' walk from the tube station and shops.
Gas boiler and decent water flow make it for pleasant showers, the kitchen has all you need (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, 2 fridges), and the garden gets a lot of sun over the year, which is ideal If you have a passion for growing plants. The house also comes with some extra space in the cellar.
The room (the second in the video) is furnished, and bills are not included (CT, WiFi, gas/electricity/water come down to about an extra 92 pounds pm per person).
Liana is a pastry chef, Sara is a teacher, and I am an engineer. We are looking for sociable people who will enjoy spending time with us as well as doing their own thing. The house is LGBT-friendly. Unfortunately we can't accept pets.
