Double Room and Private Study Available in the heart of Walthamstow.

A bit about us: we are Nyima (25-year-old woman, studying for master's in Landscape Architecture at UCL) Marek (27-year-old man, works for a charity) and Iain (25-year-old man studying part-time for a PhD in Philosophy at KCL and working part-time in a wine shop).

The house itself is huge - it has a Living Room, separate Dining Room, 2 Kitchens, 3 Bathrooms, 3 Bedrooms each with their own separate Study, and a Garden that includes a bike shed.

What you'd get: 2 large rooms on the top floor of house (please see first 3 photos). Completely up to you as to which one you use as Bedroom or Study.

The area is great - 5 mins walk to Llloyd Park, 10 mins to Walthamstow High Street/Market and three big supermarkets, plus loads of great pubs, restaurants and shops on Hoe Street. Approx 10-15 mins walk to Blackhorse Road (Victoria/Overground), Walthamstow Central (Victoria/Overground) or St. James Street (Overground). Central London or Liverpool St are both 30-40 mins away.

What we're looking for:
- someone polite, respectful and tidy
- professional/postgrad student
- would suit someone who likes their own space but is up for hanging out after work and having occasional pub trips and house meals

The house came unfurnished so everything in communal spaces belongs to us. If you have furniture you would like to bring we are happy to accommodate as best we can! Similarly, our flatmate who is leaving would be happy to sell or give away some of the furniture that's currently in his rooms if you don't have any.
