Female flatmate for lovely 2 bed for 12th April

Looking for someone to move in with me in to a lovely two bedroom that is a 2 min walk away from Walthamstow Central station - move in date 12th April.

I am looking for someone to move in to my flatmate's room as she will be moving out in April.

Looking for someone who is clean and considerate of shared spaces to occupy that room during those weeks.

You need to be able to do an in person viewing in the next couple weeks.

I run my own business and work remotely, and I’m a mix of active, fun and chill. I love the gym (weights and spin), traveling, looong walks with a matcha, and a good TV binge. I’m a Swiftie and enjoy everything from Love Island and MAFS to Stranger Things.

I enjoy a cosy night in just as much as going out. Dancing, Espresso martinis and margaritas are my weakness 🍸

I’d love to live with someone who’s also into fitness, and it would be great if you were up for the occasional workout together!

I’m clean, easygoing, and respectful, and I really value a calm, positive home. I’m also coeliac, so keeping the kitchen clean, especially surfaces, is really important.

I occasionally pet-sit, so being comfortable around dogs or cats is a plus 🐾
