We have a double bedroom available from the 18th of July!

The flat is a very nice 4 bedroom place, with fully equipped kitchen, with big dining table, a shared livingroom with sofa, armchair and TV, and a huge garden!

The room is fully fuirnished, with double bed, a chest of drawers and 2 wardrobes - one wardrobe can be swapped with a desk if preferred!

The bathroom has a bath tub with shower, toilet and sink, with 3 cabinets for everyone stuff.

Kitchen is fully equipped, with electric oven, gas hob, fridges and freezers, a big table and lots of cabinet space.

The garden is very big, with a table, a garden sofa and some chairs, perfect for sunbathing!

We also have a separate laundry room, with washing machine, a dedicated sink and a dryer!

There is storage space all around the house, so there is no need to keep all your stuff in the room, but empty luggages can be stored away, toiletry and cleaning products have theri slots, and there is also space for shoes!

You will also have the company of Luna and Martina, 2 black cats, always in need for a cuddle, and Mira, an Akita that behave more like a cat than the other 2!

The house is in a quiet street, one minute from Hoe Street with many shops and facilities, 8 minutes away from Walthamstow Central with Victoria Line and the Overground to Liverpool Street, plus plenty of Buses to go everywere - Stratfrord is a 20 minutes ride away.

Lidl, Asda, Tesco and Saisnbury are all in a 10/15 minutes radius

Asda and Lidl are part of The Mall, with many shops, all on the high road which has the longest market in Europe!
