I have only 2 rooms for rent in house in Walthamstow E17 , available on 28th of December 2025

Bedrooms furnished ,suitable for working professional and student, rooms for only one person occupancy , only 2 people in total will share the house 2 rooms , house will be calm , quiet and private ..

Looking for 2 people , ideally 2 friend / mates want 2 rooms in one place or any 2 individuals ..

Clean, tidy , respectful, and easygoing person/s, treat the place as home and look after it .

I am Flexible on time of stay for now can do short let / short term to start with and see see into long term.

The house with modern bathroom with walk in shower , clean and tidy fully equipped kitchen ,storage space, fridge/ freezer , microwave, washing machine. Also living room with dining table and chairs , and use of a nice Garden .

The house located on a quiet residential street off Forest Road with all amenities. shops, cafes, parks, its about 10 minutes walk to Underground station ,bus stop less than 1 mins walk to main road .

Walthamstow Central station has excellent transport links , about 16 mins to King cross , 20 mins to Oxford street, 24 mins to Victoria , and Overground to Liverpool Street in 18 mins.


The rent £850 per month + parts bills (gas . electric and water around £120-150/month) Broadband and council tax are included .
