I have 1 single room for rent in house in Walthamstow E17. available on 15th of May 2025

All bedroom are furnished , rooms only for single occupancy , so only 3 people max. in total will share the house !

The house has a modern bathroom with walk in shower , clean and tidy kitchen with lots of storage space, fridge/ freezer , microwave, washing machine. living room to use
with dining table and chairs , Also Garden as outside space .

The house located on a quiet residential street but right off Forest Road with all amenities. and its about 10 minutes walk to Underground station .

Walthamstow Central station has excellent transport links , about 16 mins to King cross , 20 mins to Oxford street, 24 mins to Victoria , and Overground to Liverpool Street in 18 mins

Also bus stop less than 1 mins walk to the main road .

Looking for someone who will treat the place as home and look after it . and Ideally looking for short let / short term for now till summer and see if can go into long term possibility ..

As Current tenant leaving , i would like ideally to do short let for now as not sure what is my plans with the house , So can do 1 month by 1 month unto 3 months initially, by then will have better idea what is my position to do with house . Possibility if can extend going forward .
