I will be going away for the whole of August and am looking for someone to rent out the main bedroom. It is a double room with an en-suite and large balcony to watch the sun set.

There is safe bike storage inside the building grounds.

Shared living area, kitchen and second balcony.

The current person living here is lovely, relaxed and clean. She WFH most days. It would be ideal to find someone who works in office to not disturb.

2 minute walk from Walthamstow Central Station, with Over Ground, Victoria Line and bus station.
Walthamstow market on your door step. Lidl 50 meters away with Sainsbury and Asda in the mall just down the road.
