SHORT LET (5th July to 20th july)

Hi everyone, I'm subletting my room for a couples of week, because I'm going home. Whaltmstow area is really quiet and in 5 /10 minutes by walk to the central station (Victoria line) and overground (s. James/ Queens road) and 5 minutes walk to the main street with the market and the shopping center. I'm looking for a professional/student (female) preferred that is clean and respectful. BILLS ARE INCLUDED Available: from July- (5th to 20th) Deposit: 400£ Rent 500£ / for 2 weeks (bills included)

The room is fully furnished with a desk and wardrobe. The house features a spacious living room with a sofa and TV. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine, air fryer, and two fridges. The sunny garden is ideal for spending time on sunny days. You will be sharing the house with two lovely girls.
